Lead Striping Foreman — Northern Colorado
Northern Colorado & Front Range
We’re looking for a field leader to execute high-visibility parking lot projects across Northern Colorado with precision, speed, and pride. This role is responsible for overseeing crews, maintaining high standards, and delivering exceptional parking lot striping and pavement marking results. This position is eligible for base pay + bonus for on time, at budget work completed.

What You’ll Own

Full-cycle striping: layout → execution → final quality check

Turning plans into clean, accurate, high-visibility markings

ADA + fire lane compliance—done right, every time

Crew leadership, job pacing, and on-site decision making

Equipment performance (airless sprayers, layout tools, prep gear)
Day-to-Day

Early starts, equipment dialed in before wheels roll

Projects across Fort Collins, Loveland, Greeley, and surrounding areas

Layouts for retail centers, HOAs, and industrial lots

Solving problems in the field—fast, clean, no excuses
What It Takes

Proven experience in striping, asphalt, or pavement marking

Strong eye for layout, spacing, and traffic flow

Valid driver’s license + clean record

Confident leader who can run a crew without babysitting
Physical + Environment

10–12 hour shifts on your feet

Lift up to 75 lbs, work low, move fast
-
Handle sun, wind, and high-altitude conditions
Season & Schedule

Spring → late fall (weather-driven)

Overtime, early mornings, and occasional weekends during peak season

We’re hiring reliable, on-call team members to support parking lot striping and asphalt projects across Northern Colorado—with a clear path to leadership for the right people.
Pay
$20–$25/hour starting, depending on experience

What You’ll Do

Assist with layout, striping, and pavement marking

Prep surfaces (cleaning, blowing, crack prep, staging)

Load/unload materials and keep job sites organized

Support equipment setup and operation (sprayers, stripers, tools)

Deliver clean, straight, high-visibility lines every time
Day-to-Day

Early morning call-ins based on weather and workload

Jobs across Fort Collins, Loveland, Greeley, and surrounding areas

Work on retail centers, HOAs, apartments, and commercial lots

Fast-paced days with a crew that gets in, gets it done, and moves on
What It Takes

Experience in striping, asphalt, or construction is a plus (not required)

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn quickly

Dependable transportation to job sites or meeting points

Ability to take direction and work as part of a crew
Physical + Environment
